New preventive yoga classes begin in Doncaster in January 2015

Getting older doesn’t have to mean getting stiffer or increasing health problems. We believe there is a lot we can do to increase our chances of maintaining our energy and flexibility as we move into later years

Preventive yoga is designed to help you prevent, delay or minimise some of the most common ailments associated with ageing.

Our preventive yoga programme will help you:

  • Prevent or reduce stiffness and back or joint pain
  • De-stress, unwind and feel calmer
  • Improve your flexibility and strength
  • Tone your muscles
  • Lose weight
  • Minimise risk of injury and improve flexibility for those who do strenuous sports

Whatever goals you have for your life - without your health, they may never happen. We hope the programmes we teach will help you see how just a few minutes a day could dramatically improve your health and your sense of well-being.
