  • Drop in Session | £10

    £10

    Yoga can bring about immeasurable benefits - but one session won’t do the trick! If you feel the class, and your teacher are a good fit for you, we encourage you to at least sign up for one of our fixed term memberships, so you can experience real progress and learn more about how to tailor your practice to suit you.

    This option might however be a good fit for you if your circumstances mean even the 5 or 10 session options (which give you 3 and 6 weeks "grace" respectively) do not give you enough flexibility.

  • 5 Sessions | £45

    (You have 8 weeks to use up those 5 sessions, giving you 3 weeks grace.)

    • Must pay the £45 in full on commencement of the membership.
    • You can attend any of the classes at any venue.

  • 6 Monthly Membership | £26 pcm for 6 months

    £26 pcm for 6 Months

    • Must commit to a 6 month contract paying by GoCardless, our direct debit system for 6 months.
    • Can attend any of the classes at any of the venues.
    • If other classes are added, you can come to any of them too.
    • Works out at £6.50 per class for 24 sessions - less if you attend more than one class a week.
    • Access to an online support area to help you remember the poses we cover and give you additional tips.

    NEXT SHORT COURSES START MARCH 2019 - £40  

     

     

    6 WEEK YOGA FOR BEGINNERS COURSE - £40 

     

    Runs at Bawtry, Cantley and Tickhill. 

    This fixed 6 weekprogramme runs at various times throughout the year. Learn some of the basic poses and breathing techniques to get you started and help you gently improve your sense of health and well-being.

    The Beginner course is good for you if:

    • You are a complete novice and would like to learn the basics, or you need a slower, gentler pace with some more explanation of how to do the poses and the benefits.
    • You don't want to be surrounded by superfit bendy people!!
    • You'd like to receive a sheet explaining the poses you learn, and access to an online space where you can see the poses and instructions, so you can practise at home.
    • You want to increase in confidence before going to a mixed level class.
    • The time suits you better and you don't want to commit to more than a few weeks.
    • You are able to commit to 6 sessions - which will start and end on specific dates.(Please note - there is some flexibility with this - if you cannot attend up to 2 of these sessions you can swap for one of Shona's other classes. However, after 2 swaps if you miss any more you will miss the session completely and there is no reimbursement.)

    PLEASE NOTE: As Easter falls in the middle of these courses there will be a short break between the 6 sessions to allow for the Easter holiday period, with the last sessions taking place after Easter.

    YOGA FOR HEALTHY BACK AND CORE - A 6 WEEK COURSE - £40 

     

    WHAT IS THE YOGA FOR HEALTHY BACK AND CORE COURSE? 

     

    A tightly structured course, with 3 handouts over the duration of the programme, this  course focuses entirely on how you can strengthen, stabilise and stretch your core and spine. Held at both Tickhill Pavillion and Cantley Methodist Church.

    Good for you if:

      • You suffer with a bad back or lack of flexibility which hampers your usual activities. (If you have sustained an injury or have a chronic condition, please do talk to your GP before coming to class.)
      • Your core muscles are weak.
      • You want to increase your strength and flexibilty in your back.
      • You want to prevent the risk of injury.
      • You want to improve your posture and alignment.
      • You would like to understand how to build a simple routine into your everyday life which will significantly benefit your strength, posture, alignment and flexibility.
      • You are able to commit to all 6 sessions - which will start and end on specific dates.(Please note - there is some flexibility with this - if you cannot attend up to 2 of these sessions you can swap for one of Shona's other classes. However, after 2 swaps if you miss any more you will miss the session completely and there is no reimbursement.)

      WHEN AND WHERE?

    The Back and core course runs at Tickhill and Cantley

    Yoga for deep relaxation course  (not running in Spring but returns in June!)

     

    • This class is an oasis in a crazy world!

      Is your life a little crazy right now? Whether it's a specific health issue which is challenging  you, you're juggling too many balls, you never seem to have time to unwind or find you don't sleep too well - this course might be the right choice for you. 

      A slow-paced and gentle series of floor based poses and techniques, the Yoga for Deep Relaxation Course is good for you if:

      • Life is busy and you find it's hard to unwind.
      • You need some "me-time!"
      • You find you don't always sleep well.
      • You need a more gentle approach to stretching than traditional yoga movements.
      • You suffer from headaches; high blood pressure; tension or anxiety related problems.
      • You live with chronic or acute pain.
      • You are able to commit to 6 sessions - which will start and end on specific dates.(Please note - there is some flexibility with this - if you cannot attend up to 2 of these sessions you can swap for one of Shona's other classes. However, after 2 swaps if you miss any more you will miss the session completely and there is no reimbursement.)
      NOTE: IF YOUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO INCREASE YOUR FLEXIBILITY THE BEGINNER 6 WEEK PROGRAMME WOULD PROBABLY BE MORE APPROPRIATE FOR YOU. 
      NB: PLEASE BRING A COUPLE OF CUSHIONS OR PILLOWS AND A SMALL BLANKET WITH YOU TO THIS COURSE.
