Yoga can bring about immeasurable benefits - but one session won’t do the trick! If you feel the class, and your teacher are a good fit for you, we encourage you to at least sign up for one of our fixed term memberships, so you can experience real progress and learn more about how to tailor your practice to suit you.
This option might however be a good fit for you if your circumstances mean even the 5 or 10 session options (which give you 2 and 4 weeks "grace" respectively) do not give you enough flexibility.

6 WEEK ABSOLUTE BEGINNER COURSE - £50 - June 2026
Choose from one of 2 venues for this course; Bawtry or Tickhill.
This fixed 6 week programme runs at various times throughout the year. It's face to face BUT join the full course and you will automatically be given access to attending an online class too, either live or to watch the recording.
This helps you remember what you are learning and encourages practice at home! If you want to see progress, I highly recommend that!
Learn some of the basic poses and breathing techniques to get you started and help you gently improve your sense of health and well-being.
Brand new to working with me? You pay £5 for the first session as a trial - no obligation to continue.
The remaining £45 you bring to week 2 if you decide to continue.
And remember! To help you make progress more quickly, you receive additional online support.
Many of my students tell me they would love to start practising at home, and I TOTALLY encourage that! Even 15 minutes a day will make a significant difference to a whole host of aspects of your well-being.

* Gives you 5 days of access to the online library where you can see the recording of that class you booked PLUS browse through the growing on demand library of classes available to online members.
The most cost effective membership if you are willing to commit to your health and want total flexibility of oth attending class in person AND accessing live online classes as well as the library of recordings.
For the student who wants total flexibility, this membership allows you to access to up to 10 classes each week PLUS the online library.
